Way over on Fiber
ok..so I'm suppose to have 14 grams of fiber..but I do 11 just for breakfast..and then what I normally eat for lunch has another 15 grams. Right now I am 17 grams over..and still have several snacks and dinner to go. So..I think going over on fiber is ok..not like carbs or fat..but just checking. Am I right? Thanks:smile:

Week 1 check in....down 2.2 pounds
ok..I am amazed. I am eating more than I use to eat. Who would have thunk 1200 calories plus exercise calories would be the answer. I am so tickled that the scale is finally going down. I have not been the bottom side of 155 in FOREVER!! ok..time to go eat again..LOL :glasses:

My butt hurts!!
ok..my butt muscles hurt! I have been walking 2-3 miles per day..and going to the gym..and doing Biggest Loser videos on the weekend when the gym is closed. This weekend I over did it big time!! I am suffering sore butt muscles!! /vent :explode:

Eat how many calories??
ok..I get the whole eat your 1200 calories plus the exercise calories..but thats 1700 calories..ugg. I am desperate! I am even recording the calories from a piece of gum...it is only 5 calories..but it is 5 less I have to eat! Does it get easier to eat this much food??

Sodium
So I was just looking at my reports for the past couple of days. My amount of sodium seems high >2000mg. Is that high? Does it matter in weight loss? I drink water all day long. At least 2 gallons per day, sometimes 3 so I think I should be flushing it all out but am I??
