My butt hurts!!

ok..my butt muscles hurt!

I have been walking 2-3 miles per day..and going to the gym..and doing Biggest Loser videos on the weekend when the gym is closed. This weekend I over did it big time!! I am suffering sore butt muscles!!

    I thought you were going to say from Spin Class. OMG, I thought for sure my legs would be sore from that class and not my bottom. Wrong-O!!!!
