I started it this morning. I knew I wasn't in great shape, but I found it extremely tough even when doing some of the modified versions! I'm gonna stick with it though, hopefully will see some improvement!

I probably should have stuck with them a bit longer then. I've been off anti-depressants for a while, but they definitely helped.

Citalopram gave me insomnia, I'd wake up between 3 or 4 every night. My doctor told me it should stop once my body got used to it, but after almost 2 months of it I took myself off them as it just wasn't worth it, I felt terrible in the morning due to not sleeping properly. I'm vegetarian and easily go over my protein allowance almost everyday. Beans, nuts, cheese and the odd soy product (eg. soya mince in pasta) are enough for me. I sure hope mgreen10's comment about the environment was a joke...
