I am actually doing the Onion Sauce, Cottage Cheese, Low Fat Yog dip myself its been a receipe of my Mum's for years never realised it was heathly so I will stick to that one and add fruit to the menu. Can't promise I won't indulge in a burger from the BBQ but hey life is for living right?? Thanks for all the suggestions…

Hi I'm in Wexford only started Friday and that day didn't really count I guess last few days have been quite good. If body will adjust how long does that normally take??

Glass size varied what I did was filled a container with a total of 8 glasses. Had a large glass first thing in the morning then after that just tried to drink from it on and off right through the day having large glass with lunch and dinner??

Would love to say I excersive but well I don't find it really hard. Used to be a keen horse-rider but that not an option a present. Will do the walking thing once in a while but…
