This. I am really trying to pick only a few of the things that I really LOVE and I plan to enjoy them. Also, when I drink alcohol I switched to plain vodka and club soda.

I just cooked one in the microwave last night. I just poke some holes in it and cook. They are SO HARD to cut if you don't cook them first.

I think Yoga is an awesome core workout. It's harder than it looks.

It IS boring. I split up my hour between the elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. I MUST have my iPod with me.

I would love to be part of a group. I am 47 and I want to lose 50 lbs. I don't eat any processed foods but my caloric intake is still too high. I could also use some support!
