Couch to 5k is a good way to go! I have been toying with it for a few weeks. My gym trainer has me on a programme of one minutes joggine to 2-3 minutes walking as one of my goals is to start running. I joined the gym about 12 weeks ago, that accompanied by diet has lost me 25lbs and 20cms off my body. I have to say i'm 80lbs down and started toning/working out in the last 6 weeks. I don't think it will make much difference to my skin as i've had 3 very large babies and gone from almost 9 stone over weight to having just around 3st to get to goal.
