So just to make sure i'm using it correctly. Take my RMR 2059, multiply it by an activity factor 1.5 = 3088 calories 3088 = maintenance subtract 10% = 2779 calories for a moderate cut is this correct?

i hear ya, i try to work the same way, but sometimes without a little set direction i'll get a shake that has a bad texture or just something that tastes awful lol. Thanks for the feedback. By the way for those interested i'd also like to hear about protein shake recipes as well.

I eat paleo/primal and have my carb limit at Just under 100g per day. I stay awayfrom grains, breads and rice and it's been getting easier day by day.
