19. "When are you going to try and have your next child?" I am so tired of being asked this! What people do not know, is that we have been trying for over a year, and after numerous miscarriages it may never happen. People assume you can pop out a kid on demand and if you don't its not meant to be. *End of rant*

1/15- one hour bootcamp cardio 830 calories 1/16- bowling 3 hours- im logging 250 calories, but not exact on this one.

I totally should have waited to weigh in after lunch. I dropped 3lbs from this morning. I love how weight fluctuates throughout the day :)

I bought a 64 oz canister to carry around with me. It sits on my desk, in my car, in my living room. Everytime I think I'm thirsty I take a drink. It has helped me from not drinking any water to drinking over 100oz a day.

I've been overweight my entrie life...and I turn 30 this year. I'm married with a two year old and I want to accomplish something that I've never been able to do. Weigh less than 185. I have not seen then in over 12 years. I hope to reach this goal by the end of the 12 week challenge. I'm losing at about 1.5lbs/week now.…
