Wow all of you ladies are inspiring,now for some one like myself who is about 65 lbs over weight,would it be best if I waited untill I was say 30 lbs over weight and then started to lift heavy?

I didn't have that issue but,I would say Greek yogurt cheese eggs beans cottage cheese

chocolate smoothie, 1 serving(s) 376 cals Dunkin Donuts - Med Coffee With Cream Only, 42 cals (I only had half my coffee will be drinking the rest soon) The smoothie had almond milk.spinach,strawberries,walnuts,almonds,chocolate chip,oatmeal and banana VERY filling!

I usually get,brown rice bowl with chicken or pork,black beans lots of veggies,little bit of cheese I forgot what it comes to but it isnt to bad and its FILLING
