hmmm I ate 1.5 candy bars today they fit into my day and im going to have the other half of my candy bar later...I acutally prefer trying to eat larger calorie meals for breakfast and lunch it doesn't always work out that way but it's what I aim for

I agree with the hemp seed suggestion. I added it to my yogurt this morning and it was super good!

I don't go as often as I would like =(. The closest one is 40 minutes away

MADE my self have my first of two rest days. I tend to try to work out for 6-7 a week and then burn out fast =)

I'm a lot bigger then you but I have a similar goal weight of about 135-140 nice to see some one on the short side who doesn't feel the need to be 105 lbs

I am doing a little experiment my self and eating more calories (I never did do the whole 1200 thing though). I usually eat around 1500-2200 a day

coffee with creamer two eggs on toast (weight watchers multigrain) with a half a tbs of olive oil on a veggie drink made in the nutribullet with kale.spinach and carrots =)

milk either skim-2% or almond milk

most days a smoothie made in the nutribullet with kale,hemp or flax seeds,greek yogurt,frozen fruit and almond milk

I don't eat it every day because I can't afford it. =)

I don't think this is naïve but some people (such as my self) Don't really have any area to walk in,I live on a very busy street with no side walks so walking for me outside isn't always an option. When I do visit my parents though I try to go for walks. =)

Do you have an Aldi near you? That could help solve the budget issue...We are on a low budget also and for those weeks it has been super low it has helped.

I try to eat to fuel my body and I have low iron so I try to eat iron rich foods...how ever I don't deprive my self...for instance today I wanted chips so I had some...I ended up only eating half a serving because my 2 year old wanted some (well he pretty much said "that's keegan's" and then ran away with the bag)

lately it has been dark chocolate covered raisins oh and I try to make it fit into my calorie goal =)

Do you mean as in calorie zigzagging? As in you have a few high days then a few lower calorie days and a few moderate days?

For some one like me that perfers either tomato basil and mozz or a pizza with tons of veggies no meat,it isn;t an issue but for my fiance who wants lots of greasy meats it is an issue.
