    I had one slice of 100% whole wheat smooth grain toast with a thin thin layer of peanut butter and cinnamon and a bowl of strawberries :) It was soooo soooo gooood!

    I chopped up a medium granny smith apple, added about a 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, a little less than a 1/4 cup of oats, 2 teaspoons of flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

    Very filling, highly nutritious, and very low calorie.
