    Coffee with whey/almond milk for creamer, raw honey, cacao, and coconut oil.
    Brunch is almost always some Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, and some berries or fruit of some sort. Later... "late brunch" Ha ha! I usually have a couple of medium boiled eggs.

    A "pancake" made with two egg whites and 1/3 cup dry oats. Topped it with 2 TBL of Peanut Butter and Co. Dark Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter.
