    Then at coffee break I had a boiled egg, some old cheddar cheese and an apple.

    I had one slice of 100% whole wheat smooth grain toast with a thin thin layer of peanut butter and cinnamon and a bowl of strawberries :) It was soooo soooo gooood!

    Today I ate 5 protein banana bread muffins, a chocolate chip poptart and a big granny smith apple - a total of 560 delicious calories : )
