    I had a boiled egg and I juiced 3 oranges. Drinking my coffee now. Wil have my almonds in an hour and a half. Usually I have a mean green every morning but, I switched it up today

    1 hard boiled egg, 1/3 c. oatmeal, 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar, 12 cherries, 2 tablespoons flavored creamer in coffee. I'm stuffed for now.

    3/4c Vanilla Ice cream, 2 Tbs Skippy super chunk PB, 2scoop protein powder, frozen banana, coconut milk, and the 1/2 cup left over black coffee all thrown into the blender and mixed into a yummy breakfast shake.

    Oh yeah, I had Ice cream for breakfast!!
