I'm ending my fast tonight so my "breakfast" will consist of 1436 calories of pure delicious -
Pork chop, white rice and cream of mushroom soup "gravy"
A shake consisting of chocolate soy milk, banana, strawberries, plain greek yogurt, and oat meal (not cooked)
A Kiwi
Peanut butter cup ice cream
And Almonds!
1436 calories, 223 carbs, 41 fat, 58 protein, and 1234 sodium0 -
Same as almost every day
Coffee
Milk - Whole, 0.3 cup
2 Eggs, fried in a tiny bit of olive oil
Multigrain Bread, 2 Slices
Butter - Unsalted, 1 pat
Honey, 1 tbsp
Cals: 530, 25g of protein0 -
Steel cut oats with coconut, honey and a scoop of unflavoured whey.
Followed by 2 boiled eggs.0 -
Fresh-made (by local Mennonites) glazed donut and my favorite breakfast-roast coffee!

Coffee and Splenda, one cup of mixed frozen berries, a serving of Marys Gone Crackers, 2 oz goat cheese, 2 hardboiled eggs and Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwhich. I usually have 2 turkey muffins, but ran out so I replaced it with the sandwich today :blushing:0 -
Meat balls + Ratatouille
Followed by greek yoghurt/fruit/mixed nuts + a cup of coffee.
Cal:522, protein 23gm (could do better on protein), carbs 40gm, fat 33gm.

A Special K flatbread sandwich with Ham, egg and pepperjack cheese--230 cals.0

1/2 cup of steel cut oatmeal topped with a few strawberries, 2 slices of toasted ezekiel flax bread topped with almond butter and 2 boiled eggs. Washed down with 32ounces of water.
