I always up my cals manually by 300-500 cals during that time,for some reason it at least helps me maintain my weight.

Hmmm they may either be using Mfp cals,which over estimates calories or they are very large and really do burn that many cals ie I am pretty sure the bigger u are the more cals u burn

I have been hear about 12 weeks I just did the math 1.25 lbs a week on average

Look at your profile picture a year ago could you have done that? To be honest if I didn't know your weight I would have guessed you weighed around 130 not 140 by how strong and fit you look.

I agree as a woman with the body I don't want i am working of fixing it,and the body i do want isn't exactly "perfect" but its something i have achieved before and I am working on having it again =)

I use dvds,and normally take a class once a week at my local y how ever i am away from homw this week and i think will only get to do dvds

If you have netflix their are some free dance workouts that you can stream,if you have on demand i think there are dance workouts,also exercise tv if you go to the website you can view some workouts there,oh and you said you like hip hop? there is a dvd called dance of the inches hip hop cardio,that is a really fun workout!

My fiancé and are both out of work and rely on his unemployment,we belong to our local y,and what I like about it is that any time we want to quit we can do so with out a contract,we pay 28.00 a month this includes our 1 year old oh and free 2 hr daycare well I exercise
