I go to Aqua fit classes twice a week and try to walk for 30 to 60 mins a day depending on the weather so today as my calories are over it will be a 60 mins walk xx

I would love to go to the Gym again but everytime i go after about 4 weeks i get an injury first it was sciatica then a knee strain so now I am frightened of going back what am I doing wrong x

Just about to go for a walk along the canal where I live to the town centre which takes 20 mins there and back and also a walk round the centre so 60 mins in all xx
