I walked 4.5 miles and jogged 4.55 miles Friday night/Saturday morning on the treadmill. Some miles were slower than others, but I exceeded my goal of 6.6 miles.

I don't understand. Did you just change the linens or replace one bed for another? If the former, why did it take an hour? Either way, I really don't know how many calories were burned in the process.

I haven't found one yet. I've grown tired of every piece of equipment in the gym, and I don't like exercising at home. Also, fitness class pickings are very slim around here, but I've tried them in the past and know they aren't for me. I guess my least hated exercise would be... Jogging.... For short periods of time.
