This sounds normal. Just add cardio to your workout in the evenings. I usually workout in the gym, but when I don't feel like being around people, I head to the park or exercise in the house. As long as you're doing something, pat yourself on the back is what I say.

I like black iced coffee, but I don't like how it tastes with sugar free sweeteners and flavorings. I don't know if Starbucks offers sugar free flavorings though. Half a serving of regular flavoring/syrup, a splash of milk, and sugar free sweetener maybe to add flavor to your coffee?

I had similar feelings in the past. I would always see a quick reduction in my size once I started jogging (can't run) again. I would jog 60- 90 minutes at my local park daily and the inches would just melt away. I wonder how many calories I was burning at my slow pace.

I can now use the chest fly machine at my gym. When I first started exercising last year, I could not use the machine because my upper body/breasts were too large... I was slightly embarrassed when I found this out, but I was hopping from machine to machine today and I can now do a full rep on the machine.
