i have found that to continue logging is important .. im 10 lbs from desired weight .. it keeps you accountable .. .. every week i dont log i slip.. i exercise every other day too ..

the greatest thing to me is that you can EAT WHAT YOU WANT meaning what you want and stay under your calories and still enjoy life and learn what the values of food.. LOVE MFP

1200 cal and 30 mins exercise a day will keep you fit for life.. eat fruit eat little eat often protein and carbs needed for survival

i think one day a week splurg is good ..keeps your body from going into famine mode .. our feast or famine genes kick in.. :)
