there is a remedy, when ya dont know, pick the highest calorie one. Which look ok-ish. Carb is 4 kcal/ protein 4 kcal and fat is 9 calorie. With enough experience you ca easily tell which ones are bad.

i approve what cerillo said, i do this workout 5 times a week, each part in other day, And ya can fully focus on what are you doing instead of overworking some parts. I got some newbie little gains, while slimming down a little. Been just working 4 months like that, but there is progress.

try tailor tape, measure you progress. Its substantial. After month i see some big progress while the weight is pretty much just 3lbs down. Ya can add it beside the weight.

carbs are necessary to function(glucose), and they taste great, food for brain. I like carbs too.

unless you eat that way daily, one day is not gonna do you harm in term of weight loss, its a matter of eating over long period of time. Try treating it like forced cheat day for this and next week, don't feel bad.

exercising 5times a day is a problem here. Too much calorie burning. NOt enough food intake. Ya dont wanna burn muscles.

don't be a tyrant to yourself with food, get a cheat day twice a month(eat at maintenance so you neither lose nor gain). Otherwise ya send torpedoes against tyrant.

when body adjust to new weight you no longer lose it, then after few days on the same deficit you get the lose effect again.

try addin xylitol to drinks, its repair tooths a little. They use it in some gums. Its not cheapest though. About 8-10$ per kg. I use it to sweet my beverages.

i am doing some lifting, my brother in law has the program from some friend of his. We do 5x times a week. Chest/stomach on mondays, shoulders/biceps on tuesday, cardio on wednesdays(for me), legs on thursday, and back/triceps on friday. BCAA is nice for heavy lifting. usually if ya have belly fat tendency for your figure. The belly fat goes last from the wieght.
