that is probably for professional athlete. Some people uncounsciosly cheat while doing hiit. It should be very high intensity, you can do the same exercise and get a lot of different results.

you can try weighing yourself every two days. Week is too short to notice difference with water retention and intestines stuff. As you can easily have o 2 pounds difference in either way.

there is food that makes you malnourished without proper vitamins this is unhealthy food. You can lose sight with bad diet for very long period of time. You can get scurvy with improper diet. Unless your diet is balanced enough there is unhealthy food to choose from, too much of it and you get diseases.

standard question, do you use food scale and weigh your food. Do you use measurement cups. It could that be you ate more than your diary claim. Dressings and so on can be killer calories.

get a help with the doctor about less sugar diet. IF you are pre diabetes, maybe some prescritpion to control sugar levels. Do you not have equipment to check sugar levels in blood?

sounds like you can be on under ketosis, thats why you are not getting hungry. Under 50g carbs is required. So you are getting fuel from ketones, from fats in food and yours own. Brain is "eating"(ketones) instead of glucose under ketosis.

yrs, you can badly injure yourself > spine( for example with abdominal wheel roller/ deadlift), joints overextending. Proper technique is needed for some exercises.

Try cottage cheese after dinner if ya steal hungry. Lean one, its like 110-120kcal for 100gram, it has lot of protein so could satiate your hunger.

yes, indeed i am not, so are most of people here. If i am not corrected on where i gave bad advice on, how can i improve. I did not mispread false information. MAybe not the good advice in the OPs cases. But not false facts. I stand corrected. Will not give advice then will stick to discussions.
