you can eat wholewheat bread, it has lot of good ( macro or micro elements), best thing is make it yourself in oven. That way you avoid eating useless chemical that are added into most of breads. Try getting wholemeal rye flour type 2000

First things first but you need to have clear goal in mind. It is not weighing less but being healthy is best objective. If you are too fixated on your weight it is bad. Good objective is health, weight is just another spectrum of it.

I read that when you're undereating no matter how much it is low you muscles start to work more efficiently meaning you burn less calories per muscle mass. With eating more you just revert to burning like before but you will never burn more than your usual less efficient way.

remember that you can safely eat 3 teaspoon ( or was it tablespoon?) of flax seed per day. As they have Hydrogen cyanide in there. You can made them safe with pouring hot water to grinded flax seed. Actually it's some kind of chemical reaction that you get this Hydrogen cyanide after it.

The thing is with low carb diet you are less hungry casue you eat food that takes long to be digest as food with lot of carb are very fast digested.
