Lots of water, stick to your eating plan, exercise and most of all, PATIENCE.:drinker:

Sometimes more exercise is the key to getting your appetite going again. Try bicycling. :drinker: I agree with the poster above me. Your relationship with food is the reason we are here!!

Ridiculous. Just downright weird. Folks, there is no magic bullet, magic pill, exotic oil or anything but your own personal determination that will, in the end, help you to lose weight and stay healthy. I'm just one stubborn opinionated woman. I lost a lot and then let a bunch of it come right back on!! It all comes from…

One large Shredded Wheat Biscuit, 1/2 cup non fat milk, two teaspoons organic honey on top. Two tablespoons chopped pecans on top of that and about 1/4 cup raisins. That gets me going in the morning!!!!:drinker:

That's just nuts.:drinker: My husband has been there. One burger could feed a family of 9.

The determination to get up at this hour in the morning and exercise.....see ya!:drinker:

My plateaus can last two weeks. What I do is more water, more exercise, keep the calories the same. Eventually it happens.

The world can be a very cruel place. As your self esteem grows these comments will just roll right off!:drinker: Remember, these comments are coming from a person who is very insecure and messed up!

I take liquid calcium which has increased my bone density combined with very high doses of vitamin D3. Due to the high altitude I live at, it is essential to have both. I also take flaxseed oil and vitamin B1. Between meals I take Tart Cherry extract which has noticibly decreased joint swelling. I will never be without…

I'm a walker user. The type with wheels, so maybe I can give you a little help. I do isometrics and stretching. I keep a set of weights right by my recliner chair so when I park my walker I can just transfer to the chair and get on with some weights. Another good idea is to do a search for Chair Exercises on the internet.…
