I made this great salad last night, baked chicken in Chiavetta's marinade on top of sauteed kale, roasted beets, yellow onions, red grapes, and sunflower seeds. But neither my roommate nor my partner like delicious things, which means I got to have the leftovers for breakfast! Nom!
