I usually love looking at star magazine while I'm working out...I don't want to be as thin as the celebs, but I love seeing all of the beautiful clothes they are in. I can't wait till I lose enough weight to look good in my clothes again!

I would suggest making your own shakes...use protein powder, frozen fruit, skim milk, and greek yogurt. If you want it sweeter, buy that truvia sugar and put a little bit in. I even sometimes use fresh brewed green tea instead of milk so I can have a little caffeine. The slimfast shakes have a lot of ingredients in it that…

Thanks for responding! I was mostly doing elliptical type of machines, but just this week I'm implimenting running on the treadmill as well...I hope this is what gets me over the hump!
