Myself, if I don't workout in the morning I will find every excuse in the book to not workout at all. Whatever time you find works for you, I have heard that the best time to workout is the same time every day.

I try to eat pretty healthy overall but have my moments of eating whatever I want. I think if you really want to see results you should couple it with some cardio at some point during the day. Just my opinion. :)

I am sorry.... I didn't like it. I felt like I got much better results with other workouts that weren't so time consuming.
