You shouldn't be under 1200 calories. It puts your body in "starvation mode" (as stated by MFP when you finish the day under 1200.) Up your calories, maybe shoot for between 1200 and 1300 and you'll most likely get better results.

Look on the back for the red dye you're allergic to. And there might be a flavor you can drink and still be okay if it doesn't have red dye (like maybe a green or blue flavor?) Good luck...

It has nothing to do with you. It's his problem. There are some people (I notice a lot of them being men) who think that if a woman doesn't look like the models he sees in Maxim, they must be fat. My favorite way to work out when I really have NO time at all: parking my car waaaayyyyyy across campus so I have to walk a good fifteen or twenty minutes to get to my class. Then fifteen or twenty minutes to walk back to my car afterwards... I've worked in a half hour walk!
