I turned 56 last week. I run to stay fit. On Tuesday I ran 13.1 miles--a half marathon. There are no limits.

I think it's only fair that we attractive women get to see what you like. I doubt you look like your profile pic. Hopefully you look better than that. Maybe we ladies could use some motivation also.

I turned 56 today. At age 50 I lost 50 pounds in 6 months. At age 53 I started running. I ran a half marathon yesterday. I so wish GYNs and other physicians would stop perpetuating the myth that it's almost impossible to lose weight at a certain age. Simply not true!

I find myself getting lost in thought while I'm running. I get my best ideas, solutions to problems, and inspiration while I'm running. Pick an activity and see if the same happens to you. Mojo comes from movement. Movement usually doesn't come from mojo.

It couldn't hurt to go back to running, HIIT, and strength training for awhile and see what happens.
