You SO don't even need to worry about that. All food has a point value. You will get a little points calculator and as long as you know the calories, fat and fiber of the food, you can calculate the points. The high fiber, low fat foods have the least amount of points. Thanks everyone! I am preparing to go on vacation this coming week. It's hard enough to stay on track here at home, but going on vacation is going to be really tough.
