I'm hacking mine as well. lol using small ziplock containers. I like that I can make many containers at a time for the whole day and just sit them in the fridge. Starting today. It looks like a lot of food. I entered in MFP and I'm 400 under my calorie goal. I keep measuring, because it doesn't seem right, but it is. lol…

woo hoo! another lb down! I had trouble at the start but have slowing been inching towards my goal. I don't think I'll hit my end goal but I hope to be close.

I have been slacking big time! Getting back on track. I'm only down .5 since we started with all my yo-yo'ing. 60 days left to lose 15lbs. I'm on it.

Up 2 this week. Ugh..I really have to be diligent with my working out. I think my makeup is that I have to exercise consistently for a change to happen. Hoping for better results next time.

I just make sure I get my 10,000 steps in and I do the bikini mama workout. Its only 12-20 min. Short enough that I know I van stick with it.

I'm starting the Shred Diet on Sunday. They run in 6 week intervals So I'm going to be able to get 2 in by Christmas. Hopefully this helps me. I need structure until I form a healthy eating habit.
