  • Hi everyone. Just starting out. Excited to join in. I was waiting for the Sept start, but think I'll see what I can get in for these remaining few days of August.
  • Me too. When covid hit, I dropped down to 185 lbs. That was due to a combination of anxiety (and not eating) and walking a lot ( as I was off work for 7mths). I loved how I felt. I'm now back up to 230 lbs. Wanting to get back there.

  • Challenge #1 @MissionEnforcer I chose option #3 I did this tues (5m)-wed (5m) -thurs (5m) on my treadmill. It has flipped between extremely cold, or heavy rain so far this week. Glad there was an indoor option. I am giving up salty snacks this week. Chips especially. It's been tough.
