  • I haven't checked in in a bit, but we did well with our minutes- go team. Ugh I hate weighing in on my "flow week" it's very discouraging. I always gain 1-2 lbs. Love this week's egg challenge. I'm a big egg eater. Have a great week!
  • I think so. So it'd be one point for today. Unless it's all or nothing - not sure if we get partial points.
  • I just looked at the sheet. Great job everyone. I can't wait to next week and try to do better. That is my goal, to progress and do more every week.
  • =(
  • Thanks for the answer. I hear that, sometimes I barely get anything in.
  • If we have extra min (say I do 50 over) do they go towards the team goal, or does everyone have to have do their share. (not saying i mind if someone doesn't do their full 280 or whatever it is - just curious)
  • I love the Greek foods. I didn't do anything today. Work was exhausting and by the time I got home, cooked dinner, put kids to bed, I was done.
  • I am not doing well with the sugar challenge. I'm not a sweet type person, except for my coffee (3tsp- yikes lol) and I honestly don't want to give that up. I love it! I do try to manage my sugar intake throughout the day though. Salt and chips are my issue.
  • ok thanks
  • can we write everything in a notebook and then update the spreadsheet on Monday? It would just be easier.
  • Welcome- We really just started today anyway. Good Luck to everyone in achieving their goal!
  • The only thing I'm confused about ID the status thing. Do we post in the group thread?
  • Thanks for breaking that down. It looked so confusing. Charging my fitbit now and I'm ready.
  • I'm Tara, from Ontario, Canada. I'm a mom of two boys 9&6 and they keep me very busy. I have a fitbit. Friend me at www.fitbit.com/user/254NMK. Excited to meet you all and do this together.
  • Congrats!! That's all I'm asking for in this challenge.
  • SW:215.3 CW:215.3 GW: 195 (June) 165-175 overall. I'm 5'9 and I think 175 will be an ok weight for me, but we'll see WHEN (not if-lol) I get there.
  • This is exciting! It's going to be great motivation. Thank
  • sw: 214 sw: 214 gw 199 or less. Then will create a new goal. I just really want to be under 200. Haven't been since my first child almost 10 years ago.
  • Hi my name's Tara. I have 50 lbs to lose. I have started and stopped many times. Hoping this motivates me to keep going.
  • Joining tomorrow. I have started mfp over and over again. I need to lose 50lbs. February goals - 100 miles
  • My name's Tara. Going to weigh in on Sunday, which will be my start date. Currently at 215, wanting to get to 175. I'm 5-9 so I'll see how I feel at that weight. So that's 40 lbs. I have a hard time keeping at the plan. Knowing what I'm supposed to do and doing it are two different things. I gave two boys 9&6 that I need…
  • I have a fitbit, and I'm doing the same. 10000. It's hard for me as I work in an infant room, so I'm on the floor alot playing with them. But I have to squeeze it in.
  • Good job. Starting today current weight 215, New Year's Day 199, ultimate goal weight 175.
  • That is an awesome deal I would definitely check into that. Good luck with your journey.
  • Hey my name is Tara and I'm currently at 215 pounds. I have not been out of the two hundred since the birth of my first child 8 years ago. My goal is to lose 15 to 20 pounds by New Years Day and that would bring me to 199. I am hoping for some motivation with this group, as I tend to slack off after the first couple of…
  • thank you! that's what I figured. I just found the manual online so, I am going to read through it to make sure I get it correct. I'm excited to start.
  • I also just started a "home made" version of the program. I find that I'm still logging my items in MFP and using measuring cups when making my containers. I really don't get the "fit it in the container" you can eat it. Foods that are different densities, etc could make you go way over calorie goal. If you chop up 4 eggs…
  • That doesn't make you look like an idiot, it makes you look like a sensible person with an internet connection. Lol[/quote] Yep! lol
  • http://www.zenfatloss.com/21-day-fix-container-sizes/ This is the site I used to help determine how to label my ziplock containers and how many of which ones to have for the day.
