  • At the beginning of the day I sit down and put in my diary what I am planning to eat that day even down to glass of wine. That gives you an opportunity to tweak it if takes you over the top. Then I stick to it. My lean partner gets the same for his evening meal with a few extra potatoes, pasta etc. I don't cook different…
  • Morning All, Another working day but an early finish tonight 6pm so not too bad. Then I'm off till next Friday so time Dog Walking and Swimming. On the plus side I have survived my working days and managed to keep within my calorie allowance and avoid junk food despite Mr Chippy man from the chip shop two doors away coming…
  • You need to start by filling in your food diary with what you eat now and it will be an eye opener trust me. We all know what healthy food is. Try to eat fresh and avoid processed food. Walking counts as exercise and will give you extra calories to enjoy. You don't need a rigid diet plan. Eat healthy food, avoid processed…

  • Take my dogs round the wood this weather and take a bottle of water for them. One of my dogs is a Black Beguim Shepherd with loads of black fur as well.
  • Eat them all and enjoy because as your weight goes down so will your calorie allowance. Had a look at your food diary and there is a lot of processed food there which doesn't help the cause alot. Try a few more fresh foods. Good Luck with your weight loss journey.
  • Try a bit swimming. I took it up after ripping all my tendons in my knee after falling down a rabbit hole in woods and it helped alot. I couldn't walk my dogs for months.
  • Yes but how do you stop at one spoonful ?? I love Peanut Butter so much I could eat the whole jar so I don't keep it in the house :frown:
  • Morning All, Looks like it's gonna be a nice sunny day here. Working today but don't start till 2 pm so time to give the Dogs a walk. More importantly time to do some food planning as working days are the days my diet falls apart. Working 2pm til 9.30pm surrounded by takeways. At work we have a small kitchen area with a…
  • No point in eating Bananas if you don't like them. Choose something else that you do like. Someone here has put on a long list of alternatives
  • WOW I'm going to try that . Much better use of sugar than sticking in your mouth LOL
  • Maybe they should start by banning Junk Food and increasing activity. I often have a Baked Potato with Tuna and Salad and I'm trying to lose weight and consider it a good filling Lunch
  • 0 it's morning here
  • I'm not suprised you are hungry. Processed food isn't that filling and I don't see any breakfasts either. I find home cooking is more filling with plenty of vegetables.

  • What's a BodyBugg? I'm from the UK:drinker:
  • Next time you hear that little voice try painting your nails. You can't eat doing that trust me. By the time you have put on base coat, two coats of colour and a top coat you should have talked yourself out of it .
  • Mushroom Omellete. I'm probably the only person that hates milk so therefore not a cereal eater.
  • I used share my bed with the Dogs when I was single  I have had a partner for over two years now and my eldest dog still ignores him because they all sleep downstairs now.
  • I love mayo I use it when I make sandwich instead of butter. Easy to spread on thinly
  • Welcome :drinker: I first got MFP on my phone first then found the site. Have you tried out the bar code scanner yet ?
