It is a very nice way to burn some calories and to get out in the open. I only walk home from work as I live 5.3 miles away. It takes me 80 minutes but I do try to walk 4 mph for the whole way. Try something like the Special K bars or a yogurt. They might even have some fruit hidden in a corner. If you get hungry at this time everyday, plan ahead and have a healthy snack ready in your bag. Then you won't have to face the temptation.
