I love it when the trainers wipe the floor with me....I'm so whipped that I can't get off the floor, let alone to the locker room or to my car! I love how we love working out - and DEFINITELY YES to keeping a check on form....so important!

Been a few days since I checked in, but I had a PHENOMENAL weigh-in on Friday - I lost 7 lbs!!!! That took my total to 31 lbs lost in 11 weeks. Woot!! I had a bad weigh in the week before, so I was super-concentrated on what I ate - and it paid off. HALLELUJAH!
