Congrats on a great loss for week 1, Gut Busters! Sorry I didn't say anything earlier, but I've been a bit busy lately. Lots to do at work and Spring cleaning this week and next. Also gave blood last Thursday which wiped me out and forced me to sleep a lot that night and Friday.

Congrats on your runs, Shalynlink. I am super impressed! I've been trying the C25K app on my phone to help train me to start jogging/running, but I am super lazy and unmotivated. Hopefully the weather will start cooperating in New England and we'll get a few months of Spring before the weather turns brutal. Perfect running…

Hi everyone. I'm glad to be in this team. I'm sure we can do great in April. I kind of fell off the food tracking wagon last year so I'm getting back in the groove. I also use a fitbit, so I hope to move more and lose weight.
