everyone is right its not so much weight as it is genetics . My father has had a five bypass surgery and I've been worried about my health since! I've known of people who eat healthy and weight their supposedly right weight and still get heart attacks. I'd try to talk to your doctor and see if you can do anything to help .…

There have been a lot of people who do not eat breakfast and it doesn't ruin their diet.. Just saying :) However, a active adult male needs to eat no lower than 1500 calories unless under guidance of a doctor or nutritionist. Its not just about eating healthy its about getting the right amount of calories for your body .…

I agree your body loses weight fast the times you change your diet up. I've noticed now almost been a week I'm now just losing 1to 2 pds a week max lol Depending on if I cut my calories lower than MFP has me go but I always stay in the 1200 :)

I'll be honest with you, I only eat about 100 calories for breakfast through the week . On the weekends sometimes I don't even eat breakfast. I eat low calorie breakfast and lunches through the week because I'm at work and when I get home I have a husband I have to feed in which he loves a good meal so most of my calories…

I tried to to transition from all the junk food to eating a more clean calorie deficit diet and only did it for a week no more.
