I'm doing the biggest loser at home challenge dvd workout - 4 weeks from beginner to winner :D. I personally love it I'm on week three and working out 40 minutes a day five days a week. (next week up to 60 minutes a day :D) It let me start at 20 minutes a day I think.. I think you should research it like I did and find out…

Girl worry about you! Just like my husband he keeps saying he wants to lose weight but while I'm working out he doesn't. When I grab after work out snack to keep me from being below 1200 calories he has already been snacking and says he would like some of what I'm having too. Some can pull that off . That is their ordeal…

I've been reading up on this and I'm told for a woman we need to eat no less than 1200 calories a day unless over seen by a doctor. And for a male no less than 1500 calories a day :)

I've been on the pill for over 10 years mind you've had to switch brands but as the nurses always say expect to gain weight on the pill. Sadly we have the choice of prevention with weight gain or babies.. Nothing against babies of course I just don't currently want any. Just keep pushing and you will push through :)

I've had a few egg in the holes in my day but I'd still prefer a wheat toast with a little butter and boiled or scrambled egg whites lol Some reason I just don't dig the yolks :noway: :tongue:

I just hit 30 this august.. I get asked all the time when is my baby due. .So sick of it ! Yet another reason to lose weight lol. NO kids of my own either unless you want to consider my 105 lb. retired k-9 (black lab). you're most welcome to add me :D

Donate to a local good will like Lone said. Or you can use them as fabric as pillows and such to remind yourself to keep pushing to stay away from ever getting into your "fat" clothes again. Its what I plan to do :D

Totally agree . I have heard many times fresh fruit will take you way over the limit of sugar on here. But as long as its fruits going over is fine.

I use MFP to track my calories to keep me low to lose the weight . I also use it to know how much calories I've burned since I'm using a workout dvd. Its nice to see how much your losing from a "dvd" as well as watching your intake of calories, carbs, fats sodium and sugar :)

Not sure I am doing it right but I weight myself every Monday morning right after I wake up and use the ladies room while nakid lol. I do this because I have a 5 day / week work out with different stages each week that I do . While singing free bird lol jk .. HAGD :D

I look at it this way. We are sick of how we feel and look so we at least motivated ourselves to coming here that is start for us. So now all we can do is continue to push forward with one another's help.

Instead of just cutting back on my food intake I actually started counting my calories. Omg the amount of calories in half the stuff I thought was decent to eat -lol . Also, not drinking anything besides no sugar added juices and water. Unbelievable how much that has helped me.
