I have gone to several different Zumba instructors and some will kick your butt and others don't. I love the Zumba instructors at our local Y, but a couple of the other instructors are too easy at some of the other places I tried.

Alright first off Ripped in 30 is not her new DVD, Hard Body is, second I personally do get better results/quicker results from RI30 than 30DS, but I'm not saying that 30DS doesn't work because it does.

I have the book and read it, now I am going back through and totaling my points. I enjoyed the book personally and learned quite a few things that I may have heard at one time or another but have forgotten. It was worth the money to me.

Well I am on Wk 4 day 2 and am doing a fun run 5K on April 13th, so I say go for it.
