  • Current mini goal is to get down to 155 lbs which will be 15 lbs down from starting weight since having my second kiddo.
  • I am still a work in progress and not an expert by any means but here are a couple thoughts that might help. 1.There is a game on Android phones (not sure about IPhone) called Wokamon where you create monsters, you earn XP thru your activity. You may need a FitBit because that is how mine is set up, I'm not sure on that.…
  • I have the Pressure Power Cooker, I think it is a 5 or 6 quart. I use it all the time to make hard boiled eggs (we pickle our own) and they are so easy to peel no matter the freshness, plus it only takes 5 minutes at pressure. I have used it for pork loin, pork roast, frozen beef roast, meatloaf, frozen and fresh chicken…
  • My NSV is actually getting up and working out at 5:30 this morning even though I felt like crap because its TOM... I use to let that sabotage my efforts and I'm done with that!
  • Well just found this thread today and I do hope you keep it going!! Awesome job to everyone, here is to continued results! 9/25 163.0 9/26 159.4 9/27 158.4 9/28 158.0 9/29 156.9 Just really committed to working out and eating better this week after a pretty good hiatus. I am really feeling good about the downward trend and…
  • 1. Completing the 21 day fix on October 16 with no skips. (3 days going strong, lol) 2. Getting into the 140s for my wedding anniversary Oct 17, which is where I was at in my profile pic before baby #2. 3. Be able to fit in a cute Halloween costume this year!
  • Hi!! I know it's been a while since anyone has posted but I am starting 21 Day Fix again today. My name is Brittany and I am in Texas. Hoping to lose about 15lbs. this time around which should be doable since I really haven't been active in months.
  • Good luck! I have both but I have never progressed enough to actually try the extreme.
  • Almost lifetime Texan, transplanted from Wyoming at 3 lol! Waco here!
  • I like to grill a bunch of boneless skinless chicken breast on the weekend using different seasonings (Flavor God or Mrs. Dash usually) and have them in the fridge for the week. It is easy to just add to a salad or make into a creamy chicken salad sandwich using greek yogurt, spices and some Dijon mustard. I will also grab…
  • I wear the tight fitting shorts anyway because I found that it keeps my legs from chaffing and holds everything in. I actually wear the Champion brand because I have found that they are thicker than other brands so if you bend over nothing shows through if you know what I mean.
  • My current mini goals: 1. Weigh in at < 155 lbs which is where I was before I found out I was pregnant with my baby I had in September. 2. Be able to do 20 on the toes push ups, I can do 10 right now so it shouldn't take too long.
  • I am totally interested in the April challenge! I was really not feeling well yesterday or the night before so I didn't work out last night. It ended up being a good idea to take it easy because I took the time to figure out what I ate/drank on Tuesday which wasn't much since I was so busy at work. Looks like I felt awful…
  • Congrats everyone on staying strong! I haven't been great food wise or workout wise these past few days. We ate out a lot this weekend and I did pretty good sticking to plan, but you know it's not exactly on point. I missed two workouts as well due to a couple meetings that were late. I'm not giving up though. Keep at it…
  • I completed Total Body Cardio last night and it was awesome! I moved up on my weights from the 3 lbs to the 5 lbs on some of the moves. I know they said to start at 5 lbs for light weights but I just couldn't do it with them and no weights wasn't enough. I have also started utilizing my electric pressure cooker at night…
  • Way to go! [/quote] Thanks so much. :)
  • Dirty 30 was awesome last night! I felt really good doing it and I was completing all the moves without stopping. I did modify a few moves but for the most part I was just rocking it! I love how fast my body changes and adapts to working out. I am down 3.4 lbs and I am on day 7, it is so exciting!
  • Great job on the loss! I have Dirty 30 tonight, not gonna lie I am scared because I haven't done this workout since before I was pregnant and it kicked my butt then. The food side of things is going pretty well too.
  • Well I missed one workout this weekend, we had a lot of birthdays and were away from home a lot. I'm going to double up today with Pilates fix and Cardio fix to make up for it. I didn't eat to plan this weekend but I also kept from eating any of the cakes/cupcakes that were around.
  • I had my baby almost 6 months ago and haven't worked out since until last Monday. I have worked out 7 of the last 12 days and I am feeling great. On top of all of that I love how quickly my body responds to working out, I am already doing less modifications and using more weight with less rests!! *I also love how much…
  • Congrats on waking up anyway!! I find myself sleeping and waking a lot better when I am working out versus not working out. I wish I could work out in the morning, but the baby wants to wake up when I do and I don't want her waking up everyone else. Maybe I can wake up early enough to get her fed and sit her in her play…
  • I completed Total Body Fix today since it was my day 1 at about 9 pm with the baby! She was being fussy for her daddy so we put her in one of her seats with toys and talked to her or played peekaboo while doing the workout. That made it a little difficult to keep my breath, but I just switched to the modifier if I needed a…
  • Hi I'm B. I am 28 years old with 2 kiddos, 5 and 6 months. I completed the 21 day fix back in June of 2014 with great results ( I actually wore a string bikini at the beach!) but then I had a baby in 2015. I have just started weaning my baby from breastfeeding and I am ready to get started again. I am not one of those…
  • Bumping for myself.
  • Lol!! No idea what you are talking about sorry, I thought you might be in my area because we have this insane staircase built into the side of a cliff in Cameron Park called Jacob's Ladder that a lot of people will do as a challenge.
  • I am not even officially 5'2" (5'1.75" lol) and I love my heels. Something I have figured out is if you buy cheap heels, or really any cheap shoes/clothes, you pretty much get what you pay for. I buy expensive running shoes made for my running form, why wouldn't I buy expensive heels that I pretty much live in because I…
  • Cool idea! Here are mine: 1. To live a long healthy life 2. To be a good role model to my little girl, who loves salads and veggies btw! 3. To get off of blood pressure meds and it stay where it is supposed to. 4. To feel good about myself and improve my self love. 5. To take my kiddo to all the fun places (waterparks…
