Well, as of yesterday, I'm 1 pound away from 300 (the scale just couldn't let me have it), but I'm happy knowing that at my next weigh in, I should be at 299 (that is if I keep losing at the rate I've been losing). Then after that, I'm looking at 293 because then I'll be down 50 pounds, and honestly, that kind of blows my mind when I think about it.17 -
1. getting back into Onderland. I am sitting right at 200.6 right now
2. after that getting below 175 lbs which will take me to 100 lbs lost and into the overweight category
3. fitting into my size 14 skinny Levis jeans9 -
1. Completing the 21 day fix on October 16 with no skips. (3 days going strong, lol)
2. Getting into the 140s for my wedding anniversary Oct 17, which is where I was at in my profile pic before baby #2.
3. Be able to fit in a cute Halloween costume this year!7 -
1. re-engage my give-a-$h!t about anything, especially health related. I know why it went away, but I'm having trouble turning it back on now that hassle is gone.
2. below 1906 -
Staying within 2lb of goal weight6

Getting under 200 lbs. This morning I'm at 202.8 but I'm averaging 0.8 lbs lost per week so it feels like it's taking forever.7

1. When I lose 1.2 lbs, I'll reach my 85 lb loss milestone.
2. When I lose 5 lbs, I'll hit the "normal" BMI category.
3. Getting into a single digit size like an 8. I'm a 10 right now so I'm close.
4. Running a 5k race. I was able to jog 3.6 miles this morning without stopping so now it's just a matter of improving my speed.
And ultimately.. when I lose 16.2 lbs, I'll hit the 100 lb loss milestone!!!!
Good luck everyone making your goals. We can do this. Just keep plugging away.14 -

Ooooo, this is getting my wheels turning. I'm still working on my last mini goal of improving my cardiovascular fitness, even over losing those last few pounds, but maybe this is next. I'd put away the idea of ever having a nice abdomen again (I'm 55), but maybe, just maybe, I could get a little definition in the top portion of my abs.
Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Suddenly realised that I have only 24 days left to my weight loss "deadline". With just that pesky couple of pound left to lose. Better get serious again after six weeks of unintentional maintenance vs weightloss. The difference being ceasing my enthusiastic exercise regime after a holiday away got me out of the habit. 50th birthday just round the corner. Have lost 20% of my body weight so am reasonably happy here but just want to get to that magic goal weight.10

Our NYC trip this week, only 1 pound away from this mini goal! I know it's only a number in the big picture but it motivates me to work harder this week and that's always a good thing. We leave Thursday...wish me luck!6

This morning I weighed in exactly a stone lighter than I was at my heaviest. I've got 2 stone to go. My mini goal is to get down to 160lbs (currently 167), and also complete c25k (starting week 2 today!) by the new year.3

I made my first mini goal . I have been in Onderland for the past three days. Now to
2. Make it to 275 lbs and out of the obese category and
3. Fit into my skinny sz 14 Levis jeans.1 -
going to Hong Kong in 19 days... my hips not touching the arm rests on the plane will be awesome!4

I want to hear somebody say "Hey did you lose weight?" I have lost about 15lbs. In the past it has happened around 17lbs.5
-
Got a couple.
1. To get under 200. Hit 214 this morning so just 15 lbs left
2. And then hoping to get to 189 by the end of the year.3 -
To lower my weight so my broken knee can heal easier! And carry on.

To be under 200lbs, I'm at 201.6 right now!5

Quoting myself here. Hit three of my goals!!
1) I lost 1.8 lbs this week so I have lost 85.6 lbs
2) I got into my size 8 jeans (barely but they were zipped all the way up so so it counts!)
3) I ran 5k on the treadmill with a pace of 12min/mile
My next goal - getting to 90 lbs lost
Still wishing everyone success with whatever you're currently working on. Love this website and all the support.14 -

Zipped up totally counts! What muffin top? (Speaking to my own experience there). 3 tough goals smashed -- you are doing so freaking great!3 -
185 or under by the end of 2016. 9 to go!6

That is a good question. I haven't really thought much about mini goals. I am focused in on the "finish" line. Fat tub of lard to six pack beast.
Although, one of the other guys at work who has also been working out and meal prepping but cheating did do a double take when he realized I was catching him. He wasn't to happy about and the look on his face was awesome. It wasn't to long ago that we were about 75 pounds apart. It just a bonus but I will thoroughly enjoy passing him up.12 -

Haha, I'm in a similar spot. I am in a bet with a guy I work with to see who will weigh less at the end of the year. He was about 80lbs less than me in March, about 20lbs less than me when we made the bet, and currently 6lbs less than me. Winning that bet is one of my longer term goals at the moment. Currently working on hitting 180lbs, at 185 this morning7 -
Climbing mount kilimanjaro by age 40 (next year).11

11 pounds to onederland !8
-
2.9 pounds until I reach 10% of my body weight lost
3.6 pounds until I reach 20 pounds lost
9 pounds until I reach healthy BMI!
