I started Body Revolution on the 16th, I haven't been incredibly sore but I have also completed her Ripped in 30 a while back and did some weight lifting.

Well I didn't hate it, it was a quick read and had some interesting parts to it. Cute story line though. I was really excited for the movie when it was going to be Charlie Hunnam playing Christian, now I will probably still watch it but I will wait until it comes out on DVD more than likely.

I'm so glad you asked this, I have around 8 chuck steaks that my grandma sent me and I have no idea how to make them!! They butcher a steer every year so I am learning how to cook different meats now that I am about to start getting my own steer...

Yum!! That sounds great! I needed something new to do with it, normally I just take a frozen filet brush on olive oil and season with lemon pepper and throw on the foreman for about 2 minutes.

This month's goal for my is to finally be under 140 and stay under!!! I am at 143.2 as of today, so I see this as a doable thing. I have just been playing so many mind games with myself that I feel like I will never get to my pre baby weight even though it is so close at 136.

I have started eating some dark chocolate, the 70% or more cocoa kind. At first it wasn't sweet enough, but by day 2 I was addicted. A small square does what I need it to and is a ton less calories than milk chocolate.

So what kind of program are you following? I am afraid to start lifting heavy because I am afraid of hurting myself not having the proper form, I am not afraid of getting bulky or anything. Edit: Oh yeah and you look great!!!

Hey all!! I am 5'2" (well nearly, I round up) and I started out at 169.7 (I don't round up on weight...:embarassed: ) and I am around 140 right now. My first goal is to get to 136 which is the weight I was when I got pregnant and my 2nd goal is to get to 125 with an ultimate goal of 115.
