They aren't doing it the really healthy way, they are burning way more than they should and not eating near enough which cause their huge weight losses every week. MFP is for everyday people, not a contest, so they tell you what you really should be doing.

Someone gave this to me at work the other day and I totally cried. I thank God that my kiddo is safe and healthy and pray for all these families who have lost their little ones. Edited to say: Can't people just be nice and understand that this is a national tragedy that doesn't need ridicule because of personal beliefs.

A friend and I were both size 12 and weighed about the same, but I am 5'2" and she is about 5'6" so I am sure you could see why I am miserable as a size 12 and she was happy and looked good as a size 12.

I just started NROL4W yesterday, but I don't like to eat in the morning so I have been having a Boost Very Vanilla High Protein, this may not be the way you want to go because it has 23g of sugar and only 15g of protein. I like it and I just make sure I work the calories into my diet.

Just wanted to let you know that in 30 Day Shred you do build muscle so you probably have shed fat and built muscle which would be why you have seen an up on the scale and decrease on the inches. Also when working muscles your body does hold onto water more to help repair your muscles. Don't give up.

Well you definitly better not get the patch because the blood clot risk is a lot higher on it, my pharmacist tried to talk me out of it and go to pills because of the risk. I'm mainly just cutting back on calories, but have been watching my potassium and protein to make sure I get enough.

I normally do stretches, some of our strength training moves, and then a routine that we use as our warm up in class.

My pole stays on spin because that is how we use it in class and it makes it so much fun!!! I have mine up on tile and even my boyfriend and his friends have played around on it, getting pretty fast and it didn't come down. I bought mine off of Amazon.

I burn around 350 in 1 round of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. Edited to add: 1 round is around 30 minutes long.

I also bought an X-Pole Xpert 45mm, I was looking at the Sport but it is just a static pole.
