I've found running difficult because I am extremely,..um...busty. I've never found a sports bra that fits good enough to let me run (in public at least). Any thoughts on that?

I'm 5'1. My first goal is to get to 130, to get me in the "healthy" range but I think I'd look my very best at about 115 (I was 100 when I graduated from high school & I looked great but after two kiddos, I think 115 would be just perfect).

Thanks for posting this! I've always wondered the same thing! My husband & I basically have the same diet. He is 5'9 & 130 pounds, I am 5'1 and 157 pounds - metabolism must play a part in this! I know I need to exercise more & drink more water! If you find another trick please share with us shorties!!! :)

Hey! I'm a lacto-ovo veg here slowing making the transition to veganism! If nothing else, I am trying to watch my calories and increase my activity level to lose the weight I gained with my last baby (who is a year & a half already!) - I have almost 30 pounds to lose to get my BMI back in that "healthy" category!

I am transitioning to veganism too! I've been lacto-ovo since around 1999 or so. So far it's been easy (but I haven't been tempted with a cheese pizza yet). Good luck! I think we can do it!

I tried it. I was lucky to not have the bad side effects (I eat a fairly low fat diet anyway). I did not lose any weight from it though. It didn't work for me and was just a waste of money.

I have a 19-month old and work full time too! It's hard to find time to think about yourself! You can do it though - and so can I! :heart:
