The extra few pounds I put on last week on holiday have almost gone (1lb left out of 4!!) So back to it!! I must get into the onederland by this time next week - that's my mini goal! Faye

Just back from a wonderful 8 days in Sri Lanka - but unfortunately it came at a price! My scales have gone up :-( But I'm here and back on track - I hope to have more positive news to report later thus week! Happy Monday everyone! Faye

Great loss!! I have also been told the same about strength training and hence try to get 2 sessions in a week! Although it may not show on the scales we are more likely to show it in inches! Good idea to get a tape measure and record your measurements regularly Have fun Faye
