I think you look fine as is. I'm not a big fan of huge bodybuilder types, but you have to be happy with what you see in the mirror.

Very nice!!

Amazing...and the fact that you're sporting a PSU tee makes it even more so! Congrats and keep up the great work!

Very nice!!! What are you doing to lose weight? Keep up the great work!

That's got to be an amazing feeling and such an awesome motivator. Good for you and congrats!

While I agree with you for the most part, a lot of overweight people (including myself) weren't eating enough. That meant that our bodies went into starvation mode and clung on to every ounce of fat that went into our bodies - - even if it was only 800/day. I wasn't focused on eating during the day before, so a glass of…

Both of you look great!! I love seeing success pictures...they're both motivating and inspiring. Keep up the great work!

Awesome transformation. I can't believe how much younger you look. Your commitment is inspiring! Thanks for sharing.

You look great! I know how the "slow going" process can make you feel, but keep going! A pound is a pound is a pound. Good job!

I see a gain in the few days prior to getting mine...and up until midway through it. I increase my water consumption, but it only seems to help at the tail end. I either stay the same, weight wise, or go up .5-1lb that week. The following week i'm down, but I'm now anticipating it, so I don't let it get me down.

I've been contemplating the same....Bodybugg has been recommended a lot to me, but I hear the Polar is great, too, so I'm interested int he feedback on this one.

Very nice! Keep up the great work!

I drink between 64-96oz a day - all before 7pm and I still pee a gazillion times during the night. I thought it was just me!

Great job! Thinking about the next week can make you stress out, so take it minute by minute. So many people have used this program to start running and love running now. Keep at it. Mind over matter! Congrats!

Exercise DVDs, jumping jacks, jogging in place, stairs....

I'm sure that was an amazing shopping trip! I'd be dancing, too, girl....congrats!!

I don't have much to contribute as I'm just starting my research on HRMs. I've only had one person suggest the Bodybugg, so I'm interested in this thread....so I'm lurking!!

You're not alone! I've been at this (with MFP) for 5 weeks and I've lost 5lbs. I actually gained weight the first 3 weeks! Believe me I have questioned whether or not this was worth it. Hell, I could be sitting on my couch enjoying some Doritos and a Coke as opposed to busting my butt and eating healthy and only losing a…

Celebrate!!! That's an awesome achievement, girl! You look great!

I read forum threads and I friended people who had the same goals - mainly because they were an inspiration. I told them that. I think you could benefit by re-introducing yourself. Say hello again to the crowd, tell them you left, are back and would love friend who can provide the encouragement, support and motivation you…

I'm a firm believer in you get what you give. If you don't give very much then you won't get very much. I have friended people who have overcome the obstacles that I am currently facing or people who are where I am. I encourage, support and motivate them and it's reciprocated. Try reaching out to people - maybe reintroduce…

I'm interested, too. I've been eyeing up that program for a while. It's a Beachbody product: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/chalean_extreme.do?code=SEMB_GOOGLE_CLE&extcmp=11122061151&gclid=CPrk0b6l0q4CFYNo4Aod3XEYyA
