  • Having an "Eating day" is fine as long as you spend the time to burn most if not all of those extra calories.
  • Try and turn that defeated feeling into your motivating factor. Write down your goals and successes as well as your temptations and failures. With tangible goals and identified temptations, you can more easily guide your situations and behavior towards success and away from failure. You have the power, you've demonstrated…
  • that's exactly what I do when I go on vacation. Still make some good choices, not a reason to eat fries and pies, but keep an eye on the booze. High calories there.

  • I've seen them in Walmart with 2 in a pouch. But if you need more, do them at home, way cheaper. Make sure you buy eggs and leave them in the fridge for at least a week before you boil and peel them. If they're too fresh, you cannot peel them easily and end up making a mess with them. Cheers.
  • My main caloric off-set is to do exercise. Front load your weekly caloric allocation to allow for some social eating such as BBQs and lunch parties. As long as your week (not necessarily your day) is balanced, you should be fine. I also preview the menus online and decide what I'm ordering BEFORE I go based on the…

  • I suggest talking to the experts at the store or even a podiatrist.
  • You'll soon find time to try many new activities to try with your family or friends too. Keep pushing yourself. :)
  • Sounds like my tummy when I drink milk. try using soymilk for a couple weeks. It take a little getting used to but I fell in love with it. Watch the calorie count in the sweetened stuff.
  • I like canned or dried lentils as well as quinoa. Canned lentils heat quickly. Dried lentils as well as quinoa can take a little while to cook. Lentils are best with savoury seasoning and quinoa can be sweetened just like oatmeal or mixed with cucumber and tomato slices into a great salad with italian dressing.
