One thing is guaranteed... You can start today and continue to make daily progress. However, you can't meet your target if you don't start. Good luck and stay strong.

Blood chemistry makes me feel this way, eat some salty foods or take some electrolytes. It works for me.
-
You only fail when you surrender. Never surrender!
-
I find electrolytes and salt curb my appetite. Gatorade and or chicken noodle soup.

I just tell big mouthed people that now that I am in better shape, my wife and I have more frequent and better sex. Then I offer to show them my new piercings.

My wife and I rode our first 100km ride this year. Rewarding ourselves with a Chilean wine country bike tour. Set the goal and mash the pedals.

I love it greek style! Yogurt that is :)

I save my extra calories for booze on the weekend. By booze, I mean a couple of beers or a bottle of wine at dinner.

Looks like stevia is the better option. http://www.bicycling.com/training-nutrition/nutrition-weight-loss/sweet-n-lowdown

BACON COVERED DARK CHOCOLATE OMG this is the craziest combo.

I try and eat no more than 50% of my exercise calories.

I would suggest not being alone when approaching her. Have a witness, camera, microphone at hand in case she "flares up" to gather evidence.

I use my Ant+ sensor on my iPod Touch with my Ant+ enabled Timex chest strap. I use the Digifit App to track my Spins, Runs, Walks, and I find it really accurate. I'm down 10 pounds in 6 weeks too.

Cheating is simply unapproved "strange". If your current relationship is unsatisfying, either end it or modify it, openly with your partner. Don't hide it. THAT'S cheating. Search online for "monogamish". Sometimes being monogamish can save a relationship. Just saying... BTW, I am not monogamish.

two steps forward, one step back = one step forward. Keep on stepping!

PADI certified with dives in Aqaba Jordan, Playa Conchal Costa Rica, Cancun/Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta Mexico, Almunecar Spain, and Tobermory (Coldest dive for me ever!) and St Lawrence Canada. Diving is part of my travels just as much as samlping the local culinary specialties.

You look freaking awesome! Great job!!

I don't think that was safe. Next time scale it back and wrap up your session.

i would have made her run around like crazy then stiff her for the tip.

I don't use a gym. I'm walking vigorously with a heart rate monitor on and am buring a minimum of 500 cals in less than an hour. You will burn less since you weigh 60 lbs less than me. Only eat back 60% or less of your calories to see weight loss.
-
I think it's just the cardio, not the freezing temps.
-
Well done!! Keep up the great work.

The EA Sports game is HARD!!! You can't cheat since the game "sees" you. Get a HR monitor for other games for best results. Have fun!

Fantastic!!

Wildrice stuffing with dried cranberries and mushrooms.

Look at the big picture. I like to balance off for the week. If I go out with the guys, I work a deficit into my week so I can pig out of ribs and wings on Saturday night.
-
Try wild rice or quinoa to add some cals.

Fly into Ottawa (Heathrow to Ottawa direct on Air Canada) and skate on the Rideau Canal, visit museums and galleries, and eat tasty food. Take the train (http://www.viarail.ca/en) to Montreal and/or Toronto for more sight seeing, consider including Quebec City during the Winter Carnavale. Montreal and Toronto are expensive…

Well said Softlyseeking.

Anyone have good CDs or playlist to run to?
