    Awesome job. This is my second time loosing weight (it all came back gradually over 2-3 years) and it's been a huge difference for me this time to add the cardio and strength training when all I did the first time was eat better. The weight has come off faster and it's staying off too, so be sure to keep it up even after you reach your goal. Resist the temptation to give yourself a break and stop doing it once you get there!
